Is there a limit to the number of items I can purchase?

Yes. You can only purchase a maximum of 4 for the same product. We want to make sure that all items are only purchased by the end user and not resold in the market to protect our consumers. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we deem to be in breach of this rule.

How reliable is product availability?

If your desired item is on the site then it should be available. In the event that the item is not available, it will be cancelled from your order.

What sizing formats does Park Sports use?

Commonly, Nike makes use of US sizing and Adidas makes use of UK sizing. Size guide is here: https://www.parksports.com.ph/pages/size-fit-guide.

What if I am ordering in bulk for my team/club?

Please reach us through email at hey@parksports.com.ph and we will arrange a Team Buy with you.

DELIVERY

What delivery options are available?
  1. Shipped to your doorstep: within Metro Manila and nationwide
  2. Buy Online, Pick-Up in Store
What happens if I'm not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?

Couriers will return to your address twice (total of 3 attempts) and if the order is still not claimed, it will be cancelled.

Do you deliver to an alternate/work address?

Yes, we will follow the shipping address indicated in your order form.  

What should I do if I don't receive my order within the expected delivery time?

What payment methods are accepted?

MasterCard and Visa Debit card (transacted via Maya)

How can I cancel an order? 

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it's been confirmed. You may, however, opt to return for an exchange once item is delivered instead. Please refer to our exchange policy

Is my data retained for future orders?

If you choose to save your details when you place an order, yes. And hey, it makes ordering the next time around easier!

OUR POLICY

Park Sports complies with the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 7394, also known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

We honor returns or exchanges for items that are proven to be defective or of substandard quality at the time of purchase. Please note that returns due to change of mind, or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the original receipt is presented.
